You Had Me At Blush Pink
If you know me, you know I love to wear black; a lot of black. Even with Spring here, I still find myself gravitating toward an all black ensemble quite regularly. Although dressing in it head to toe has become a favorite uniform of mine, I still find room for some color in my life.
This is where blush pink comes in. Yes, I know it's a favorite of bloggers everywhere, but there's a reason for it. I find blush pink to be universally flattering; I can't think of a skin tone or hair color that clashes, and its beautiful subtlety brings out the softness in people. There's a time and a place for all black (which I suppose is most days and most places in my case), but I love an outfit with elements of color as well, whether it's a bright pop amidst neutrals or a monochromatic ensemble in your favorite hue.
While I chose this look for Easter, its versatility could take you from Spring and on into Summer for work, a baby or wedding shower, date night, etc. The list goes on and on.
